Data processed
Account registration may involve an email address, account identifier and session data. Conversion receives uploaded email files and attachments, technical file details, job status and retention metadata. For payments, Robokassa is expected to receive an order identifier, amount and receipt fields; card details are handled by the payment provider, not this service.
Purpose
Data is used to register and protect accounts, inspect and convert files, deliver results, account for quotas and purchases, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal duties. Email contents should not be included in application logs or analytics events.
Retention and deletion
The service is designed to delete raw objects after successful processing and outputs after up to one hour or sooner on user request. Actual deletion, backup retention and log retention must be configured and verified before real correspondence is processed.
Processors and locations
Before launch, the operator must identify hosting, storage, email and payment processors, countries of storage and administrator access, and applicable transfer terms. The current development environment and its unencrypted storage are not suitable for real correspondence; do not upload confidential messages.

To request access, correction or deletion, email support@eml-pdf.com with your account and job identifier. Do not attach email contents. Identity will be checked only as needed to protect the account.
