Payment, cancellation and refunds
Prepared for a proposed one-time purchase of credit packages in Russia. Checkout is currently disabled; purchases and refund requests cannot yet be made.
Payment and delivery
Proposed provider: Evangelina Marshaleț, Russian NPD payer, INN 290218518379. Payment is planned in RUB through Robokassa. After a verified payment notification, credits are intended to be added to the buyer's account. The current integration does not implement a refund API.
Cancellation and support
Contact support@eml-pdf.com with the account email and order number; never send card data or email contents. The operator will check payment, credit delivery and package use, then provide the applicable next steps. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
Before paid launch
The refund channel and processing time, treatment of partially used credits and tax receipt handling must be set and reviewed before checkout opens. Until then, no purchases or refund requests are accepted.
