How to convert EML email to PDF

A practical guide to checking an EML export, choosing output options and reviewing the resulting archive.

1. Select your EML files

Choose one or more .eml files, a folder exported by your mail application, or a ZIP containing supported email files. The current preview accepts up to 200 source files and 100 MiB per upload, with a 25 MiB per-file limit.

2. Review the preflight inventory

Before conversion, the server inspects the selected content and shows discovered messages, attachments, duplicates, warnings and how many messages count toward your allowance. Check the totals and warnings before continuing. Up to five messages per browser are free each UTC day; over-limit work requires paid credits, but purchases are not enabled in this preview.

3. Choose how attachments appear

PDFs, images and plain-text attachments may be appended to an email PDF when compatible. Original attachments are included separately in the ZIP; other file types are preserved and reported rather than silently converted.

4. Download and check the ZIP

Each successfully processed message has its own PDF. The archive also contains attachments, CSV/XLSX indexes, processing errors and optional SHA-256 checksums. Open the index and errors report to confirm which inputs succeeded or need attention. A hash helps compare bytes; it does not prove authorship or legal admissibility.

Privacy and current limits

Email is uploaded and processed on the server. The local preview uses unencrypted object storage, and production hosting and processing regions are not selected; cross-border processing cannot be ruled out. Do not upload confidential correspondence. Results expire within one hour or may be deleted sooner from the job list.
